Proactively attacking with heavy punches, achieving remarkable results in cracking down on drug crimes
In 2014, the Chinese government issued the "Opinions on Strengthening Drug Control Work", which made comprehensive arrangements for drug control work in the new era. The government's anti drug department has achieved significant results in cracking down on drug crimes by organizing a people's war against drugs as a carrier, carrying out special anti drug actions as a starting point, innovating and improving the drug governance system as a driving force, and strengthening the foundation of anti drug work as a guarantee.
（1） Focusing on "drug production dens, cracking down on drug trafficking gangs, and controlling drug users," we will carry out in-depth anti drug crackdown and rectification actions, crack down on drug manufacturing and trafficking throughout the entire chain, intercept drug smuggling and entry throughout the entire process, and dig deep into drug-related black and evil forces and their "protective umbrellas.".
（2） In response to the intensified infiltration of overseas drug smuggling, we will establish a mechanism for blocking the source and intercepting the flow of drugs, improve the three-dimensional investigation and control system of land, sea, air and mail ports, organize coordinated operations in 21 key regions such as Yunnan and Guangxi, implement logistics and delivery real name systems, and strictly control the inflow of drugs into China.
（3） In view of the proliferation of drug-related issues on the Internet, we formulated and issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Drug Control on the Internet and other regulatory documents. We concentrated on the special action of online drug eradication, which solved 28000 drug-related cases, captured 73000 people involved, seized 11 tons of drugs, cleared and deleted more than 70000 illegal drug-related information, closed and banned nearly 1000 drug-related websites, and effectively curbed the spread of drug-related issues on the Internet.
2、 Comprehensive governance, cooperative law enforcement, and key drug control measures have achieved significant results
（1） The Chinese government has focused on solving regional and global prominent drug problems, thoroughly investigated areas with serious drug problems, and successively carried out key drug control measures in 117 counties and cities. The serious drug problem situation in most areas has been reversed, and 88 regions have achieved demotion or removal. Some areas with prominent drug production problems have achieved zero occurrence of large-scale drug production.
（2） In response to the new trends in drug control, such as the production of drugs and new psychoactive substances, new psychoactive substance management measures have been introduced. Special inspections of key precursor chemicals have been carried out in depth, and efforts have been made to increase the control of key precursor drugs. Criminal activities related to the illegal production and sale of precursor chemicals, as well as the manufacture and smuggling of new psychoactive substances, have been severely cracked down on.
